TAKEAWAY COOKING TIPS
- Don't take on too much at once - owner and chef John Carroll suggests that we stick to the task at hand, stay calm, and take a small breather when we feel things are getting away from us. This, according to John, is especially important in a busy kitchen. Good point to remember even at home when preparing food for dinner guests or perhaps a large Thanksgiving dinner!
- Not everything has to be cooked on high - many people make the mistake of trying to cook things too quickly. Sometimes you need to slow down to really make the flavours come alive!
